Cool krita drawings starter8/31/2023 ![]() Bucci's '10 minutes to better painting' series is one of the essentials I always recommend, but all his videos are super handy, there's even one on using a round brush for similar results.Īaron Griffin also has a youtube channel where you can check out the process to more than one of these pictures. ![]() He has a kinda similar work method to Aaron Griffin, who made this picture. I recommend checking out Marco Bucci on youtube. It's sadly much more complex than simply using a certain set of brushes. And he has some strokes of a brush that has spacing, it is probably a dry one (his left shoulder edge) I think the only special brush he used is some spray brush on the left edge of the hat and the shadow on top of his left eyebrow. If you check his hat it seems like he made there are some irregular spots (he probably just made some color strokes and then deleted them with random lines in another color, that is why it looks like some kind of stamp, but it probably isn't) and after that he made some vertical lines to suggest the hat pattern. Check angrymikko paintings, they are not realistic but he presses hard He didn't airbrush, he is doing 100 opacity or something close to that. ![]() I think the most important thing is that most of the transitions are not soft. If you zoom in there are are some lines with round endings, and others with straight ones, so he uses a round brush and a flat one (one with a thin rectangle shape) among others.
